Our history:


Company Sillves Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1999 in Cracow. At the same time a commercial office was opened in Warsaw, which in later years became the seat of the company. Since its inception, Sillves is focused on servicing medium and large companies that require superior service in the supply, configuration and maintenance of IT and software.

  • The years 1999 – 2002; concentration on the supply of computer hardware

     

    In the early years of its operation, Sillves was focused on the supply of servers, laptops, installation and configuration, outsourcing of administration and hardware services, especially IBM, Compaq, Toshiba and Computer Service Support, with whom we formed partnerships.

    The year 2001 also included the delivery of advanced IBM servers to PLL LOT, including 24-hour service for critical budgeting.

    An extraordinary project in our portfolio is the organization and service of the 24/7 accreditation office in Warsaw and the network of 1500 journalists from around the world in the press office in Krakow during the pilgrimage of Pope John Paul II to Poland (2002). Our commitment has been appreciated – we have received official thanks from the CEO of IBM and the Polish Information Agency.

  • The years 2003 – 2007; development of the development department

     

    Already in 2002 – responding to customers’ needs – we created a development department based on MS .NET, JTEE, Oracle, MS SQL Server specialists. In 2004, the deployment department was expanded to work with Microsoft. We received the MCSD, MCSA, and Microsoft Certified Software Advisor (CRM CSA) certifications – the last one before the official launch as one of three companies in Poland.

    Successful implementations include author’s call-center system, and CRM dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry, for large sized shop centers an critical applications in the sales and warehouse management and import order management (2004), another app for allocation system Medical representatives (2005).

     

  • The year 2007 – 2013; time of servers and network devices

     

    Next years are the time of delivery and integration of server hardware. In 2008, we completed a comprehensive delivery and integration of infrastructure, including p570 servers, blade servers, SUN Sparc, EMC arrays, and Cisco networking hardware for Reuters. In addition, we have installed and configured AIX-based VMware environments. Also this year we have delivered and configured virtual environments based on HP hardware and VMWare, including the installation and configuration of SANs, disk arrays, tape libraries, and blade servers.

    2009 brought more server projects for such clients as (supplying IBM Blade Servers, maintenance services for parts of the environment, Cisco networking equipment). In the same year our implementation department provided a complete system for managing and settling merchant commissions ProCalc for financial services branch.

  • The year 2013 – now; dynamic development awarded by Business Gazelle and Diamond Forbes
    Irrespective of our core hardware, LAN and WAN design and installation, and server room, we have started to operate in the field of image processing and printing. HP, Samsung, Lexmark and Canon

Digital Signage – implemented mainly in cooperation with Samsung.
By partnering with industry leaders, we have the status of Platinum Partner of Samsung and Gold Partner of HP. We also cooperate with such manufacturers as Canon, Lexmark and many others. In March 2015, we were honored by the editorial staff of Puls Biznesu, thus joining the Business Gazelle club.

In January 2016 our company became a prestigious group of „Forbes Diamonds 2016”, a ranking of enterprises, which in the last three years most dynamically increased their value.
